Kovac: Our first goal was very important and Dortmund fully deserved the win

In the fifth round of the Champions League early this morning, Dortmund defeated Villarreal 4-0 at home. Dortmund coach Kovac was interviewed after the game.

Dortmund took the lead in stoppage time in the first half and scored three more goals in the second half. Kovac said: "Our first goal to break the deadlock was very important. Of course it was in our favor, as were the subsequent penalties and red cards. But we were very focused for the entire 90 minutes today and did not concede a goal. In my opinion, we fully deserved the victory."
