Meiji: This year’s rookies have shown amazing potential, and even Flagg has already blossomed everywhere.

Recently, ESPN reporter Zach Kram talked about the performance of this year's rookies.

Zach Kram: Rookies usually need time to adapt to the NBA game, but the 2025 rookie class showed amazing potential early in the season - and that's not even counting No. 1 pick Cooper Flagg fully adapting to the NBA game.

At least a dozen rookies have made a positive impact for their respective teams, including high-draft picks Dylan Harper, VJ Edgecombe and Con Knipper, as well as second-round picks Sean James, Kalkbrenner and Will Richard. (Yes, there are three players from the Charlotte Hornets on the roster.) Cedric Coward's performance in the first week of the season was one of the best players in the league regardless of experience level. NBA fans should be looking forward to the growth of these young players in the remaining games of this season and beyond.
