According to ESPN reporter Shams Charania, multiple sources revealed that Spurs rookie Dylan Harper has undergone surgery on Friday local time to repair his partial tear in his left thumb ligament in recent training. The team hopes that Harper can prepare for the season opener in Dallas on October 23. Dylan Harper is the son of NBA legend and five-time champion Ron Harper. He is 19 years old and plays as a guard. He was selected by the Spurs with the second pick in this year's draft.
