The appointment is expected to be finalized next month, after both clubs hold their respective board meetings.

It is worth noting that Ottolini’s contract with Genoa will expire in June next year, and there is no sign of renewal in the near future.

Ottolini is good at tapping the potential of players and creating capital gains. His resume at Genoa is exemplary.
