Turkish media: Galatasaray suspends Sommer s transfer negotiations and wants to find better players

According to the Turkish media Fanatik, Galatasaray has temporarily suspended the introduction of Sommer.

Galatasaray reached a consensus with head coach Okan Brooke that introducing the 36-year-old Sommer is a viable option, but he is not the club's first choice.

Galatasaray hopes to sign a more ideal goalkeeper, so he decided to let Sommer wait for a while, although the two sides have reached an agreement on a contract to 2026. The club's senior management will make the final decision after meeting with other goalkeepers.
