Türkiye reporter: Fenerbahce wants to sign Sk without signing, is negotiating and has reached an agreement on player salary

According to Turkish journalist Sercan Hamzaoğlu, Fenerbahce is negotiating with Paris on the deal to sign Skriniar.

He wrote: "The latest progress in the negotiations for Fenerbahce to sign Skriniar: When Fenerbahce submitted its first official offer to Paris, the transfer fee offered by PSG was 15 million euros; through negotiations, Paris has reduced the price to 10 million euros. Fenerbahce believes that the cost is too high and hopes to complete the transaction with 0 transfer fee. An agreement with Skke has been reached on salary, and a four-year contract is currently being discussed. The focus of the negotiations is to prompt Paris to further compromise on transfer fees, and the negotiations are still continuing."
