Ipswich officially announced that he would be re-leased to Napoli midfielder Cayuster.

Cayuster played for Ipswich in the 2024/25 season and is now joining the team from Serie A champion Napoli on loan to compete in the new season.

The Swedish international made 33 appearances for Ipswich last season and scored one goal. His goal against Nottingham Forest was also named the Premier League's March Best Goal Award.
